Welcome to my Real Estate Website/Blog. It was a work in progress, at first starting out as a Blog, then morphing into an “interactive” Website/Blog on this neat WordPress platform. You may find my Blog a “breath of fresh air” as I tried to differentiate myself from the masses  of Realtors with sites that all looked the same.

My Real Estate business has changed drastically in the past 5-7 years, as you all well know, so has the economy and people’s expectations and ideas. I have tried to capture those changes and reinvent my business model ——–I do not work every segment of the market so I will never tell you I only work with Buyers or Sellers. How confusing is that?

My love is working with Investors of small to mid-sized income properties in San Diego,CA.—- from the novice sitting at the kitchen table who wants to parlay a small downpayment in to a 2 unit property, to the 30-something who wants to start an investment portfolio, to the savvy investor who is well established and needs a good negotiator, to the new college grad who has the foresight to take a few bucks and buy a condo instead of paying rent. Yes, these are all investors and they are my specialty. I aso work as a Listing Agent for Sellers who have multi units—-from a 2 on 1 in metro San Diego to a 20+ unit mixed-use property. I have expertise in 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges, Property Management of Single Family Homes and Townhomes, leasing, tenant retention and property rehabbing. I am also a Landlord/Investor and Consultant.

I work well with first time Buyers because I look at every investment through the eyes of an Investor—very important that first time Buyers know the ropes, and understand the basics about the biggest financial investment of their lives. After all, do you think there would be so many people in trouble in this market if they knew the caveats before they plunked down their life savings and signed a Deed of Trust?  A little bit of knowledge can go a long way—and I want to help you learn from my mistakes (yes I made a few).
